CKN is a woman led organization and has a governance system in place as per the bye-laws of the organization. CKN governance system comprises of a governing body (GB) where the governing body meets on quarterly and yearly basis.

As per board directives, plans development initiates in the priority geographic area . It mobilizes resources, builds linkages, networks for advocacy, ensures quality execution of projects and programs and all other initiatives/ actions to meet the larger goal of the organization.
