Since the constitution of Chotanagpur Kalyan Niketan by some like-minded people belonging to different age groups and different sections of the society in the year 2008, our organization is working in devoted issues related to women and child development and protection, health & nutrition, education, protection and promotion of rights of different vulnerable segments of the society in the state of Jharkhand. A multidisciplinary team with a blend of rural development, social workers and other professionals, ensuring quality execution through direct field intervention of evidence-based need and area specific programs. Chotanagpur Kalyan Niketan believes that participatory and holistic approach of development and community participation at grassroots level is one of the keys for success of our activities. Organization has been working extensively and actively in the Jharkhand state covering two tribal population districts named Simdega and Gumla, at one end known for delivering multiple roles effortlessly per day. we work from the lens of feminism at micro and macro level to create awareness, providing advocacy, psycho-social support and facilitate in bringing social change around theme areas with a focus on women and children, especially upliftment of tribal women from bunch of society in different parts.
