Chotanagpur Kalyan Niketan successfully completed the Niranthara Classic Organisational Change Management (OCM) Program for Small NGOs conducted by Dhwani Foundation under Cohort N5 – Jharkhand.
The programme focused on strengthening institutional systems and adoption of 205 organisational parameters across:
- Governance & Leadership
- Compliance
- Human Resources
- Accounting & Finance
- Program Management & MIS
- Donor Communication
In the final assessment, the organisation secured an excellent 93.38% score, reflecting strong institutional systems, accountability practices, and organisational readiness for sustainable impact.
